Niner Ichi Nana

I'm back again guys!! I'm so excited to share to guys what happened yesterday, cause finally it's my first time to have a thursday off!! woop woop. I went out yeaterday and go to niner ichi nana because of two reasons, the first one is to taste the newest concotion of my mentor and my good friend who made it in Bacardi Legacy Cocktail Competition (BLCC) Semi-Finalist, may the force be with you guys. I'm not promoting Bacardi it just so happened that I what to share because I'm really proud of them.  *wink* 

In my previous blog regarding Jose Cuervo, this guy is Mark Alvin "Oreo" Tolentino he is one of my competitors in Dons of Tequila and now he is endeavoring  this newest milestone in his life, his entry drink for BLCC is entitled "The Little Man" based on his story, his cocktail represent him, his personality,  and the taste and aroma of the cocktail is citrusy and fruity taste the aroma oh god, the sweet basil aroma balance it all. This cocktail was made by none other than the legendary Jerry Miranda, sir jerry is one of my mentor/judge in Jose Cuervo's Dons of Tequila Cocktail competition. His entry drink for BLCC is entitled Mí Pasion, this cocktail is well balance particularly in taste, it lingers to every sides of your taste buds. The story behind his cocktail is his pasion to work on his field, he is now working in bar world for 15 years and now he is one of the legendary bartender here in the philippines!! woop woop. hope you enjou my blog and if you want to taste there cocktail and listen to their story, come and visit them in Niner Ichi Nana.
